Accounts and Data
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Festival and activity data you create remains yours; by using the Service you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the platform.
Payments and Fees
If you collect fees through Gorondy (e.g. participant fees via Stripe Connect), you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and applicable tax and consumer laws. Platform fees may apply as described in your plan.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks; Gorondy does not assume liability for injuries or losses arising from events organized through the platform.
